Ethical Disability Services (EDS) is a registered NDIS provider based in NSW and Victoria and provides a national focus for our services.
The main objective of EDS is to ensure that senior citizens, mentally and physically disabled individuals, can access the services they require to maintain their well-being, health and independence to improve their lives and well-being. EDS go the extra mile to ensure that we are delivering the best person-centred approach supports to participants.
To provide quality integrated care services and accommodation in our communities by always allowing participants/ clients to maintain independence, individuality, dignity and quality of life in a safe, supportive environment through a participant-centred approach.
To bring proficient, courteous home and care support services to participants/clients within a secure environment using trained, qualified staff who build trust and positively contribute to the services and the participants' lives.
Ethical Disability Services (EDS) was set up to ensure that senior citizens and people with both mental and physical disability can access the services they require to maintain their well-being and health. In addition, the services provide practical community care activities to improve the lives of the elderly and people with disability through Community Participation, Daily Task on Group or Shared Living, Daily Living & Life Skills Development, Daily Personal Activities, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Short Term Accommodation, Home Care, Household Tasks, Life Stage Transitions, Personal and Skills Development, Travel and Transport and Support Coordination.

Our commitment to innovation and going above and beyond allows us to tackle any challenge currently creating barriers for our participants to reach their potential.
EDS provides the Life Stage Transitions and Support Coordination services to assist you in making the most of your NDIS plan. Our support coordinators will use a client-centred approach to find the right community resources for you so you can reach your objectives.
We provide support at all hours at our SIL accommodation. You will get support and guidance with many self-care activities, routine tasks, and practical skills here.
We assist people to acquire and practise essential abilities like using public transit, making a resume, interacting with others, being physically active, and more.
Registered nurses, human services experts, and well-trained support staff are all part of EDS’s team of seasoned professionals.
